Hotel on North Policies

Cancellation

A guest can cancel their reservation without charge or forfeiture if cancelled 72 hours prior. If cancelled within this window, there is a charge for the first night room and tax

Pet

Pets are allowed on the second floor of our hotel, and pet friendliness is subject to availability of these rooms. There is a $45 fee per night.

Group

A group of rooms is arranged through our Sales Department. Once a group is finalized, individuals can book within this group up to the predetermined number of rooms are sold. Group rates expire 45 days before the first day of arrival.

Corporate

Corporate contracts can be set up through our Sales Department. These must be set prior to making a reservation. They are for a set rate per room and are subject to blackout dates based on availability

Third Party Bookings

Reservations can be made through multiple third party vendors (Expedia, booking.com…etc). Rates through third parties vary. Once a reservation is made through one of these vendors, edits or cancellations can only be made directly through them. Any hotel related requests can still be made through the front desk.

Two Night Minimum

High volume days are sometimes subject to a two-night minimum stay. These are typically weekends but are also subject to other high volume days. Two night minimum requirements also apply to group and third party reservations

Room Placement Requests

Requests can be made for room placement (high floor, rooms close together, etc..) and the hotel will do our best to accommodate. Due to the size of hotel and uniqueness of our room types, these can not be guaranteed or agreed upon as a stipulation for booking

Check in time & Check Out TIme

Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11am.
